The People Group brings a cross-sector and multi-disciplinary approach to leadership development and change. Our work is rooted in the Adaptive Leadership framework which views leadership as a process for orchestrating change. This model allows for anyone in an organization - regardless of title or position - to initiate and guide change. We are also rooted in Relational Organizational Gestalt which holds that the role of the consultant is not to solve the client’s problem but to raise awareness of the behavior, relationships, emotions, sensations - and co-create experiments with intention of developing new experiences that support new learning.

Many of the challenges we face impact various levels of system from the intrapersonal to the societal.
